Executive Board:

Chairman: Benjamin Butler, CEO and founder of Community Development Associates, Inc, has been dedicated to social justice and community change for the over twenty-five years.  Butler has worked as a social worker working with substance abusing youth and as well as teen fathers in and around Chicago, has served in the administrations of two Mayors and one Governor – Harold Washington in Chicago, Terry Godard in Phoenix and Mario Como in New York.  Before forming CDA, Inc in 1996, Butler also served as Program Director for the Local Initiative Support Corporation (LISC) as well as Senior Associate for Community Revitalization for the TCC Group consulting firm. 

 CDA is a national consulting practice dedicated to supporting the work of stakeholders in marginalized communities to build capacity and strategies intended to improve the quality of life for children and families.  CDA provides support and assistance to community-based organizations, philanthropy, educational institutions, public agencies, private corporations and other entities engaged in efforts to create positive neighborhood change.  Strategic planning, organizational development, meeting & retreat: design, facilitation, management; program evaluation and assessment and community building are areas of CDA expertise.  www.cdatrust.com

Senator Frank Antenori was born and raised in Scranton, Pennsylvania; He joined the Army shortly after graduating from high school in 1984. In 1987, Frank volunteered for Special Forces, commonly known as the “Green Berets.” While in the Special Forces, Frank was involved in several operations of historical significance some of which include Desert Storm, Afghanistan and Iraq.

Frank currently serves Pima County currently as a member of the Pima County Public Library Advisory Board, where he also previously served in the capacity of President and Vice-President of the board. A lifelong Republican, Frank is a Precinct Committeeman and former District Secretary for Legislative District 30. Frank has a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a minor in Biology and an emphasis toward Pre-Med from Campbell University, Buies Creek, North Carolina. He graduated with a 3.94 GPA.

Frank moved to Tucson when he retired from the military in June of 2004, where he currently works as a program manager in the Aerospace-Defense industry, overseeing the development of hybrid robotic vehicles for the military. He’s been happily married for 17 years to his wife Lesley. They have two sons, Frank III,  age 15 and Brodie, age 14. www.vote4frank.com

Neal Greenberg is responsible for all sales, marketing, and branding activities at SchmartBoard where he is the VP of Sales and Marketing and co-founder. Neal is an expert and consultant in matters of creating a brand, finding and exploiting weaknesses of competitors and creating true value propositions and making prospective customers aware of them.

Prior to SchmartBoard, Neal had executive sales and marketing positions at Intellect Lab, Shark Multimedia DTC Data Technology, EFA Corporation of America , Ansel Communications, Genesis Technology, and Hyundai Electronics.

Neal has an AS from William Rainey Harper College in applied science, and BS in Marketing from California Coast University .

Neal is the Immediate Past President of the Jewish High Tech Community (www.jhtc.org), and formerly was on the Board of Directors of the Kitty Petty Attention Deficit Disorder Institute (www.kpinst.org).
